Lake Meridian Sprint
Lake Meridian Sprint
Apr 12, 2026 · Kent, WA
A clockwise lake loop with a fast T1 on gravel beach. The bike course winds through Kent's industrial flats — dead flat, aero advantage real. Run is two out-and-back loops on paved trail.

Cedar Ridge Olympic
Cedar Ridge Olympic
May 24, 2026 · Issaquah, WA
Open-water swim in Cedar Lake, followed by a punishing climb out of the Issaquah Valley. The run traces the ridge trail — technical, rooted, worth every meter of vertical.
Cascade 70.3
Cascade 70.3
Jun 7, 2026 · Wenatchee, WA
The Columbia River swim is fast and current-assisted. The bike takes you through apple orchards and canyon switchbacks. The run is a single loop through Wenatchee Riverfront Park.

Puget Sound Ironman
Puget Sound Ironman
Jun 28, 2026 · Tacoma, WA
Two-loop open-water swim in Commencement Bay. The bike course circumnavigates the Tacoma Narrows — exposed, windy, relentless. The marathon run is a four-loop course through Point Defiance Park.

Rainier Sprint Series
Rainier Sprint Series
Aug 8, 2026 · Enumclaw, WA
Flat, fast, and beginner-friendly. The sprint format rewards pure speed — this is where age-groupers chase PRs and first-timers discover they're actually athletes.

"I taped my number on crooked. I forgot my timing chip in the car and had to sprint back. I came out of the swim last in my wave. I crossed the finish line crying so hard I couldn't breathe. Best day of my life."
Crossed at midnight. Heard his name called over the PA. Said "I am an Ironman" was the only thing he could think.

"Cedar Ridge beat me last year. I flatted on the descent, lost 12 minutes, finished 4th by 47 seconds. I trained that descent every Saturday for six months. This year I took the podium by 3 minutes."
F35-39 division. Qualified for Nationals off Cedar Ridge.

"I started triathlon at 58 because my cardiologist told me I needed to move more. I swim Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 a.m. in a lane with people half my age. I have finished every race I've started."
